Every item comes from factories we've strictly audited, and we keep a dedicated team based close to and inside those facilities rather than managing things remotely.
That proximity means fewer surprises further down the chain, stronger relationships with the people actually making our products, and proper pre-shipment inspections on every production run, not just spot checks.
